Fabian Wohlgemuth

My conviction and belief in the decisive role of criminal defence as an essential pillar of our legal system that grants everyone the assistance of a competent, strong and fair legal criminal lawyer is what drives me.

I have always been fascinated by the challenge of exploring complex life situations and adopt a change of perspective. Therefore, my approach is characterized by focusing on the ‘bigger picture’ and taking all actors of the criminal proceedings into account. It is my wish to determine the best possible way together with the client.

My clients appreciate my clear-cut and blunt weighing of the pros and cons of the facts of the case and expect specific guidance of how to (re-)act. Every case, every situation is unique and requires individual solutions and action strategies. I was able to use my competences in several proceedings. My field of activity is diverse, with a focus on medical and commercial criminal law.

I studied at Humboldt University of Berlin, where I took the First State Examination in law. During my studies, I worked with the law firm Enners Thormeyer Voget. During my traineeship in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern I was able to gain in-depth insights into different practices of the investigation authorities. Again, my focus was on criminal law. In 2020, I took the Second State Examination in law and was subsequently admitted as a solicitor.
